Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return if:

• You received an item, size, or colour different from what you ordered.
• Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant quality issue.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.
• Your order details.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by SEEMÍ, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement of the same item; or
• Store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must be returned within the timeframe provided by SEEMÍ after your return request has been approved.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We understand that fit can sometimes vary. If your SEEMÍ piece does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

Where applicable, we may also offer to remake the piece using your correct measurements.

Please note that once an item has been altered or remade according to custom measurements, it becomes a final sale and is no longer eligible for a return or further exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

An exchange or store credit will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

All shipping costs associated with an exchange, including the cost of sending the item back to SEEMÍ and shipping the replacement item to you, are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

International exchanges may be accepted where applicable. However, SEEMÍ does not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

If the requested size or replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Please note that all customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit

Where store credit is approved, it will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days of the item being approved. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made orders.
• Items made using custom measurements.
• Altered or modified pieces.
• Discounted or sale items.

We strongly encourage you to confirm your size, measurements, colour, and preferred style before placing your order.

Important Information

• SEEMÍ does not offer monetary refunds.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• SEEMÍ is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or an item with an approved manufacturing defect.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
